Greetings....

This will be my feeble attempt to document my weight loss journey through words and pictures. I have been a big girl my entire life, all except 5 or 6 years when I lost weight with the Weight Watcher's diet plan. So I am working on the fine points so that when I begin.... I will be all set to go. I will add more to this paragraph as I see fit.
